- Incumbents should have hands on experience in building the cloud practice from scratch .

- Incumbents should have P/L responsibility.

- We are looking for people who are experts in working on banking applications- core banking, GL (general ledger) & Non core banking applications like insurance, investment banking, credit card, loans etc .

- Should have worked on applications viz flexcube, temonos, fiserve applications.

- Global exposure & exposure in Pre-sales function.

RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of leadership experience spanning across this practice/business. - Entrepreneurial experience/traits preferred

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

A) Intrapreneur: Being an Intrapreneur within an enterprise, heading a specific technology practice.

B) Establishing a strong external ecosystem to draw maximum leverage via ISV / OEM Partnering.

C) Engaging with analysts and advisors to drive market differentiation / leadership to create business value differentiations & unique value propositions among competing companies.

D) GTM Strategy for this practice/business. Responsibility of managing the P&L. Nurture & grow a strong practice team fostering a positive, high-energy & high-performance culture.

E) Technocrat: Technology expert. Build a team of solution architects & subject matter experts. Ability to establish a unique, clear & specific use cases for enterprise customers. Create solution centers/POCs, showcasing company's core expertise in this practice. C) Business Management: Strategic & tactical vision and execution plan, for business growth

Market intelligence. Enabling effective project execution in tandem with delivery team(s). - Excellence in business forecasting accuracy. Strategizing market positioning statements, of solutions/services offered.
