Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build and lead a practice focused on Automation across IT /Applications/Business processes
- Build solutions and capabilities of Automation practice - to create differentiating position for the company in the market
- Own business growth/revenue targets and enable sales teams to create opportunities
- Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners in Automation domain
- Manage delivery and operations responsibilities of the practice - collaborating closely with delivery organization
- Leverage and collaborate with other practices within the organisation to drive a holistic automation capability across the company
- Integrate Automation offerings with Digital offerings
- Engage customers as a thought leader - and define automation strategies for customers
- Manage Presales, solutioning , sales enablement responsibilities for practice
- Build and nurture a talented pool of specialists in practice - as a people manager
Skills & experience :
- In depth understanding of Automation/ RPA concepts
- Experience in applying automation principles across IT services
- Experience in Automation/RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere; UiPath & Blue Prism, Work Fusion
- Past experience of application dev/maintenance/business process management
- Good knowledge of IT architectures and integration requirements
- Lead the teams as an architect/consultant
- Project management/ program management/delivery leadership experience
- Deep understanding of Technology and architecture concepts
- Experience in customer facing /presales/consulting roles - excellent communication skills
- Team building and team management skills
Academic qualifications :
- Degree in computer science, computer information systems, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent experience
