Job Description :

- Lead the practice for the India geography for the company

- Providing consulting & advisory services to clients and help them in building HR transformation strategies

- Lead & manage the team on various projects with clients

- Lead pre-sales activities, proposals, and tender development for the practice

The Successful Applicant :

- 15+ years of experience in the consulting space with major experience in Human Capital Transformation projects & services

- Should have managed a large team for complex projects

- Excellent project management skills
