Practice Director - ECM/WCM/CCM/DX

Job Description :

- Total work exp of 17 to 25 years

- Min 14 years of work exp in areas of ECM (Enterprise Content Management), WCM (Web Content Management), Customer Communication Management (CCM) & Digital Experience (DX)

- Must have experience of working on and handling technology portfolio comprising of leading COTS and Open Source platforms like SiteCore, Adobe AEM, BloomReach, FileNet, Documentum, OpenText, HP Extreme, SDL Tridion, etc.

- Strong communication, articulation and presentation skills 

- Must have handled P&L position for min 3 years with direct revenue target of preferably USD 9 Million or higher

- Must have handled a team of 150+ resources working on niche technologies/products in ECM, WCM, CCM and DX areas

- Must have proven experience of setting up and running CoEs internally as well as for client organizations

- Must have proven experience of incubating & growing technology practices into a self-sustained revenue stream

- Must have proven experience of identifying niche product and services partners, and establishing and growing such partnerships

- Must have very strong presales experience

- Must have experience of handling large RFP/RFI involving multiple internal teams as well as external partners and product vendors

- Must be proficient in efforts estimation for ECM & WCM 

- Must have very strong familiarity with various pricing and engagement models

- Must have demonstrable experience of engaging with senior leadership internally as well as with clients/prospects leadership

- Must be able to conduct workshops & webinars for internal teams as well as client/prospects.

- Must have proven experience of working with analysts like Gartner and Forrester to brief them on capabilities, get invited to participate in their surveys and be part of their research/market reports.

- Must have experience of evangelizing internally and externally

- Must be able to partner with vertical delivery teams as well as client facing sales and engagement teams to be able to mine existing accounts and open new accounts

- Must be able to manage resource deployment, adequate bench and fulfilment at short notice

- Must be willing to travel onsite for short duration (2-4 weeks) at short notice
