Practice Director, Content Management Professional Services
Individual Responsibilities:
Client Relationships:
- Build relationships & onboard new clients; overall governance of client relations in target geos (EU/US)
- Understanding client context and advise clients / prospects [on technical & business issues]
- Focus on "High-Value" Customers.
Partner Relationships:
- Identify technology partners in the content management market and build new partnerships. Own the overall partner relation and governance.
Practice Incubation & Execution:
- Incubate the Content Management Professional Services Practice with a core set of Consultants / Experts
- Define the core set of professional service offerings
- Define the Processes and Workflows for service execution [Customer Engagement / Service Execution / Customer Communications etc. ]
- Build Frameworks / Kits for service execution that enable consultants to create maximum value for clients
- Establish professional work ethics / "Value - Centric" culture.
- Hire a core set of support / management staff, needed. [Service Line Managers, Program Coordinators, Sales Professionals)
Tech Consultant / Expert Relations
- Identify and onboard a core set of certified Tech Experts / Consultants who can play the role of "Principal consultant / Principal Engineer".
- Create and nurture a community of certified "Content Management Professionals.
- Ensuring that the Expert community is well engaged and available for projects.
- Facilitation of Trainings / Certifications for Experts / Consultants
- Establish XXX as the "Go-To" place for work for Content Management Professionals
Business Growth:
- Define a 3 year business growth plan for EU and US geos [ Sales, Marketing and Lead gen ]
- Set a 30 - 60 - 90 plan for initial momentum.
- Establish "high-value" brand image in the IT professional services market
- Provide a expertise led "Point of View" of the Content Management Marketplace in public
