Role Objectives : 1. To make PL mobile app the most preferred app in India 2. To acquire 10 lakh clients through the mobile app in the next two years 3. To generate a business of Rs 100 crores in the next two years Role Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for the entire P&amp;L of the mobile app 2. Responsible for innovation and for improving the mobile app to provide the best user experience 3. Will be responsible for coordinating with the marketing team for marketing of the mobile app, coordinating with the testing of the mobile app by the products team, responsible for coordinating with the IT development partners, responsible for coordinating with external agencies which deal with the UI and UX Reporting relationships (Multiple) : 1. Head of Investment Research and Product Strategy 2. CEO Retail and Distribution 3. Joint Managing Director Retail and Distribution Education : - MBA or B Tech from IIMs or IITs or Premier B Schools. - Candidates who have NCFM, NISM certification will be preferred. Experience : - 7 to 10 years of capital markets and broking experience CTC : 14 to16 lacs Special requisites :&nbsp; - Age under 35 - Drive and passion to lead innovation and to make the product the best in the industry.
