Brief JD - 

Position - PPC and Production Manager

Department - Operations

Job Responsibilities : 

1. PPC : 

- Monitoring of Orders Ageing

- Monitoring clearance of moving bottlenecks

- Monitoring the time delivery as per commitment

- Monitor the delays in delivery and ensure to escalate it on time

- Approve / Reject OT Plans

- Ensure there are no bottlenecks in the floor

 Forecasting the following -

- Possible No Work

- Idle Times

- Overtimes

- Planning for Emergency Workers

- Ensure minimum 7 days forecast is in place

- Analyse the present order trend and release orders to Tar Pata based on the same to ensure smooth flow in production

- Ensure a Contingency Plan is always ready

- Daily review of plans and actions to be taken based on deviations

- Ensure necessary intimation to HR for manpower resources is done in time, especially during emergency deliveries / Exhibitions / in order to deliver goods in time

- Responsible for Skill Matrix for worker skill development

- Responsible for Safety - PPEs (Personal Protective Equipments)

2. Production : 

- Monitoring Productivity

- Monitoring Stock Turnaround Ratio

- Monitoring of Rejection levels and Review action plans

- Monitoring Shop Vital Objectives

- Monitoring cost per gram for each department

- Monitoring shift plans and factory working days / plant shutdown days
