Job Location: India, Remote Position Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Content Creation: - Develop and execute a content strategy for PowerCred, ensuring all marketing materials resonate with the SEA market that PowerCred operates in - Create compelling and culturally relevant content for various channels, including websites, social media, blogs, and newsletters. Marketing Campaigns: - Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the digital lending landscape - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image. Demand Marketing: - Support sales team with account-based marketing efforts to ensure customer stickiness and reduce churn - Develop technical marketing materials to support sales efforts and enrich the leads funnel Events Management: - Create compelling material, videos, sizzles, brochures and other material as needed in events Market Research: - Stay abreast of industry trends and conduct market research to understand the needs of lenders in SEA - Utilize insights to adapt and optimize marketing strategies for maximum impact. Communication Strategy: - Develop a communication strategy that effectively communicates PowerCred's digital lending platform's value proposition to lenders and stakeholders. Collaboration and Relationship Building: - Foster relationships with key stakeholders in the digital lending industry, including financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and potential partners through marketing - Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and conversion. Analytics and Reporting: - Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing initiatives and generate actionable insights. - Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - 0-3 Years of proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a B2B Tech SaaS startup, preferably in the digital lending or fintech industry. - In-depth understanding of the digital lending and financial services industry - Strong content creation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to a local audience. - Experience in organizing and managing events, from concept to execution. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data to drive marketing decisions. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment. - A passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
