Power Gummies - Chief Finance Officer

Roles and Responsibilies:

- Preparation and publish monthly and quarterly financial MIS.

- Preparation and publish timely monthly financial statements as per Schedule

- Working with Investors, fund raising compliances, share issues, allotments etc.

- Preparing Investors Deck and Business Deck for fund raising.

- Handling all statutory compliances including GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax etc.

- Reconciliation with market portals, courier partners, vendors and payment gateways.

- Communication with all stakeholders for achieving maximum savings.

- Managing all accounting operations having teams of CAs and other associates.

- Develop and document business processes and accounting, policies to maintain and strength internal records.

- Managing and supervising team.
