Experience : 8 years   Scope : Global role   Role responsibilities :  Training :  - Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular meeting with Business Unit Heads   - Monitor & Evaluate Training Program's effectiveness, Success & ROI periodically & Report on them.   - Develop, Manage & Maintain training Budget.   - Creating, implementing Management Trainee and Internship Program   - Designing, developing & implementing various training modules, creating testing & evaluation process.  - Developing effective induction programmes  - Helping Produce training material for in-house online & direct training   Organization Design & Strategic HR planning :  - Identify Gap, design and implement solutions to achieve agreed outcomes relating to organisational design, organisational change, performance management & strategic planning.  - Continuously engage with top Management for understanding business objectives both at a strategic and an operational level in order to facilitate Skill Assessment and Development, Capacity Planning, Organisational Structure and Succession Planning.  - Understand the changing needs and priorities of business with respect to people practices and suggest solutions aligned to these.  HR planning : Workforce demand forecasting  Internal recruitment :  - HR planning and mapping short terms and long term needs  - Recruitment and On-boarding  - Global Campus Engagement & Management Program  Performance Management & Mentoring :  - Responsible for creation and execution of the Performance Management Process   - Coach employees and appraiser on goal setting and evaluation.   - Develop skills & competency framework, Identify gap and plan action to bridge the gap.  - Design & implement PIP based on the skill gap identified through the Performance review & Skills & Competency framework.  Policies and HR framework :  - Setting up, where required, managing and auditing HR policies globally for all our offices  - Ensuring up-dation of all policies  Other HR Activities :  - Strategic HR engagement  - HR information Management  - HRIS - Management and Update  Candidate Characteristics :  - Demonstrated Expertise in setting up & managing the HR function  - Experience of having worked in a global environment is preferable   - High on Integrity   - Ability to work in an unstructured environment and deal with ambiguity  - Strong Communication skills  - Ability to manage relationships both horizontal & Vertical, Influencing ability  - Ability to stay Organised & manage Time efficiently  - Self - Driven and willing to take the initiative to take things to fruition  - Collaboration skills as the role will need to be proactive with getting information and buy in to implement.   - Technically savvy & appreciates the need for technology for the purposes of storage and retrieval of data.
