Job Summary:

- This role is ideal for an experienced Salesforce professional who is looking to take their skills to the -next level.

- The successful candidate will have a track record of success in sales operations and a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform. They will be highly organized and analytical, with excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform to ensure that it is aligned with the companys sales process and goals.

- Act as the primary point of contact for sales reps and managers regarding Salesforce and provide training and support as needed.

- Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to the sales and management teams.

- Work with the sales and marketing teams to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and other Salesforce-related tools.

- Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

- Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.

- Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and technical support, to ensure a positive customer experience and to address any issues that may arise.

- Manage and maintain Salesforce data integrity by regularly auditing and cleaning the CRM data.

System Integration:

- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate Salesforce Analytics CRM with other systems and applications, such as marketing automation tools (Hubspot), document signing software (DocuSign), gmail, video conferencing (Zoom), and tele calling tools, accounting software (Zoho Books) among others.

Documentation and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and workflows.

- Create user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent usage and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Salesforce administration, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience in sales operations is a plus.

- Salesforce certification is a plus.
