Roles & Responsibilities :  - Become a customer-service and POSist product expert.  - Own the ability to speak around the value of POSist to executives  - Utilize a consultative approach in assessing a customer's account and be able to recommend best practices or ways to optimize customer's implementation  - Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects and Sales Consultants to design programs that allow the customer to maximize their use of POSist  - Develop short and long term upsell & retention strategies and assume responsibility for the implementation of these strategies  - Internally champion customer issues to the appropriate party and build customer confidence while doing so  - Collaborate with customers on designing a customer service operational plan  - Build value-based relationships with customers ensuring that they remain POSist customers  - Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.  - Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.  - Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.  - Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.  - Identify and resolve client concerns  - Handle customer escalations  - Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.  Customer Success Renewals : negotiating and closing renewals with existing customers  - Connecting with your overall portfolio through email exchanges or phone calls in an effort to ensure product usage and advising clients once training is complete.  - Bringing intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to the POSist Product team  Leadership : Developing and delivering world-class processes for executing  - Helping create monthly webinars on topics relevant to our overall customer base.  Role Abilities :  - Ability to successfully manage personal workflow and to achieve on time delivery of requests made by clients  - Demonstration of basic professionalism, resourcefulness and the initiative to seek information in an effort to fill any holes in support of daily responsibilities  - Ability to speak and write clearly and persuasively and to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships  - Must be able to take and apply all forms of constructive feedback  - Able to work typical business hours  Culture & Attitudes/Traits :  - Work as a team   - Leave no teammate behind  - Demonstrate a positive attitude every day  - Possess passion and love what you do  - Be solution oriented  - Demonstrate excellence by going above and beyond for the benefit of teammates and the company  - View mistakes as an opportunity to learn rather than as a negative situation  - Never be afraid to ask for help
