Responsibilities :   - Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition   - Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements   - Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives   - Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams   - Deliver service and support to clients using phone, via remote connection or over the email.   - Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers   - Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships   - Working aggressively to generate monthly targets from existing clients   - Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics   Required Skills :  - Previous experience as key account manager  - Ability in problem-solving and negotiation   - Strong account management and relationship building skill  - Hungry to make a difference and succeed  - Highly self motivated.
