Salary Range: 8 - 10 LPA Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver on-boarding and on-going development training for Inside and Outside Sales Reps in regard to consultative sales process, sales tools and time/territory management techniques. - Utilize strong coaching skills that are constructive and motivational to team. - Drive individual development results by observing sales calls; providing coaching; establishing and communicating specific follow up training plans - Determines training needs by traveling with sales representatives; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with sales representatives and managers. - Determine instructional methods with input from the managers that maximize delivery effectiveness, such as individual training, group instruction, videos, webinars, meetings and workshops - Select, develop or assist in the development of training aids such as training handbooks, training outlines, multimedia visual aids, tutorials, and best practice workshops. - Administer and evaluate training program qualification tests, measure progress, determine effectiveness of training - Develop and manage a content repository of sales tool assets - Work with Sales Head &amp; prepare pricing strategies for current customers to enhance sales and increase profitability. - Conduct entire management activities inclusive of coaching, evaluating, training and monitoring performance. - Motivate, establish sales quotas and provide education to target accounts as well as markets. - Train and coach employees to be upbeat in sales process implementation and development of new business. - Ensure to distribute performance goals to attain individual as well as team goals. - Develop sales and activity reports along with interact and follow-up with sales team. - Head and support sales team to maximize positive results in area of company modification and progress through proactive, ongoing and effectual communication. - Enforce an environment of open interaction to assure affirmative employee morale and effectual conflict resolution. - Stimulate creative ideas upward flow for benefit of company and its personnel. Desired Skills and Expertise- Skills Requirements: - 3+ years of sales or sales management experience in a B2B environment. - Successful track record a top-performing inside seller previously. - Lead and execute management and sales executive training/Learning &amp; Development programs, including all facets of the learning funnel (new hire/ on boarding, ongoing, and management level training.) - Develop measurement metrics to ensure success of training programs. - Occasional participation in client meetings to help target client objectives, provide product expertise and close sales. - Work closely with Sales teams to ensure cohesive strategies across training, product launches, sales and operational initiatives that enable revenue growth.
