About the role

As one of the top Restaurant Management Software companies (G2 2022 Top Companies list), Posist is changing the game regarding marketing. We believe in the power of good content and the impact it can have on brand building.

As a content marketing lead, you will be responsible for all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic and engagement and for leads that deliver sales and customer retention. This role requires a content-first mindset: understanding what the audience wants for and optimizing the conversion path.

Key Responsibilities

- Planning digital content strategies across all online platforms, including blog, webpages, landing pages

- Serve as an exemplary writer, consistent with our tone and mission

- Able to produce high-quality articles, white papers, blogs, press, email marketing messages, case studies, and presentation content

- Build and maintain editorial calendar and written guidelines

- Well-versed with the best SEO practices

- Continuously measure and improve content performance; create reports leveraging Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics tools.

- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to disseminate content

- Should have some background of FnB Industry Knowledge.

- Should have worked with a B2B SaaS Company


- Someone who has experienced a scale of 100k to 1mn unique visitors/ subscribers

We assume this will take you a range of 2- 4 years worth of experience to accomplish

- Experience with online community building

- Data-driven and highly analytical

- Proficiency with Google Analytics and Social Media Analytics.

- Knowledge of WordPress for content management

- Knowledge of content distribution platforms such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, etc.
