Senior Key Account Management
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned financial institution clients while building and nurturing trusted, long-lasting relationships with Business Heads in each key customer organization. Build strong connections to proactively solve problems for them, with the help of internal teams.
- Own end-to-end on-time delivery for assigned Clients, and ensure optimal client satisfaction. Own monthly KPI reporting with all stakeholders, and become a trusted partner for stakeholders within Banks.
- Grow annual contract value and extend the scope of relationships with each Client. Actively upsell and cross-sell our solutions based on deep understanding of customer needs. Focus on solution-based selling rather than pushing products.
- Collaborate with our sales, and product development teams to ensure the Client is served appropriately on-time. Collaborate with finance and MIS teams to ensure timely payables and receivables, forecasting and reporting and analytics.
- Use your outstanding communication and presentation skills to present to and influence key stakeholders in Client organizations and internally as well.
You'll be a good fit if :
- Min. 5+ years of proven Account Management or Sales experience in product/tech-based organizations with B2B Enterprise focus.
- Experience in SaaS / B2B financial services / Banking industry preferred.
- Experience in a high-paced and unstructured environment will be a plus. Ability to solve various unstructured business problems in an objective way will be one of the key criteria.
