Roles & Responsibilities:
- Forge strategic alliances and partnerships with a wide range of merchants and retailers across geographies and across categories.
- Identify relevant stakeholders in merchant organizations, establish connections with them. Introduce PoshVine to them with a relevant value proposition and onboard merchant-funded offers, rewards, co-funded campaign arrangements and affiliate relationships. Wherever applicable, work closely with merchants to integrate with PoshVine APIs.
- Effectively manage merchant agreements and SOWs. Engage with stakeholders for monthly performance updates and cross-sell relevant PoshVine solutions. Track and manage performances through the development of activities that drive usage.
- Own and maximize merchant commission revenues based on planned visibility of merchant offers and rewards.
You'll be a good fit if:
- Min. 3+ years of proven Alliances, Partnerships or Sales experience with retailers and merchants across multiple categories (shopping, travel, wellness, entertainment, e-commerce, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to source merchant-funded deals and offers and working closely with merchants to increase transactions / redemptions - related metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to forge deep relationships with multiple stakeholders across marquee merchant accounts and driving revenue.
- Ability to handle customer and client complaints, set up a redressal process to minimize escalations and increase customer NPS.
- A data driven mindset to gather the right data and establish an analytics framework to guide business decisions.
- Must be a Strong people person. Should be able to liaise with senior management partner organizations on their own with ease.
