As a TA specialist you- ll help grow our organization by managing and supporting various departments both from engineering and non-engineering field. You- ll be charged with finding unique candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a sense of scrappiness and a diversity of thought to all that they do. You are driven, eager and able to use your creative skills to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and can draw insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter, friendlier and more efficient.

Responsibilities : 

- Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.

- Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns, and partnering with vendors

- Find, engage and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques

- Screen resumes and interview candidates to match experience to openings

- Develop strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs, continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process.

- Solve problems and produce solutions by collecting and analyzing data, identifying alternatives when circumstances change and seeking out additional responsibilities.

Desired Skills

- 3-4 years full cycle recruiting experience for various position technical and non-technical.

- Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors

- Preparing Recruitment MIS

- Strong relationship management skills, organizational skills, coordination skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

- Experience recruiting for a growing technology company in the Engineering, Development and/or IT division strongly preferred

- Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for both technical/non-technical and team fit qualities

- Ability to articulate Poshmark's value proposition and story to candidates

- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle

- Knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques

- Strong understanding of compensation, techniques and methodologies

- Proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently.

- MBA HR degree or equivalent practical experience.
