job Role :

- PRM will oversee the current book.

- PRM will refer new bank accounts, enhance existing ones, and renew existing ones.

- As the point of contact for all customer needs, PRM will take ownership of the partnership.

- PRM will offer CMS, Forex, and trade solutions cross-selling.

- Never Used A Bank Account

Expanding the size of the book as it stands :

- Upsell

- Profitability and Hygiene of the Portfolio

- Connections

- Outside customers

- Internal clients: Leadership Team, BIU, Product, and RMs
