Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

- Program Enhancement: Take charge of the full lifecycle of our launched products. Continuously analyze performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for enhancement.

- Scaling Strategy: Devise and execute strategies that will enable the program to scale up efficiently and sustainably. Collaborate with partners to leverage their strengths and explore new avenues for growth.

- Initiative Development: Drive the conceptualization, planning, and execution of new initiatives designed to enhance the program's reach, impact, and profitability.

- Partnership Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment of objectives and mutual success. Collaborate on joint marketing efforts, promotions, and mutually beneficial strategies.

- Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align program strategies and drive cohesive execution.

- Performance Analytics: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and drive informed decision

Required Skills and Knowledge:

- Direct experience of handling Product or Business profile for Cards/ Financial Products in a leading Bank / NBFC

- Exposure to Digital processes and working with digital partners will be a clear advantage

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with partners and cross-functional teams.

- Proven experience in program management, product management, or a related role.

- Demonstrated success in scaling programs, driving growth, and implementing innovative strategies.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Experience /Qualifications:

- Post graduate degree in Marketing Management preferred.

- 2+ years of experience.

- Credit Card background only with experience in Loyality, rewards & usage mandatory

CTC Range 14-18 LPA
