- Maintain relationships with the top management of the existing portfolio companies

- Monitor optimum portfolio quality by undertaking continuous portfolio review processes, unit visits and flagging potential red flags

- Monitor the portfolio clients for early warning triggers, irregularities and exceptions

- Advise and mentor them on day to day strategy

- Ensure that the investee companies adhere to the agreed terms and take proper action in case of any deviations

- Mining the existing portfolio for additional business opportunities.
