Job Title: Portfolio Manager - NRI Business

Reports to: Product Head - NR Business

Role Details:

- Strategic Initiatives for growth, engagement & activation of banks NRI Customer base across products including liabilities and fee products & NBD Activation on various channels. This will include Customer life cycle management,

- Activation, Retention and Attrition management, Liabilities & fee build up programs both through direct customer facing campaigns and internally through the banks sales and distribution network.

Overall Job Description:

- Generate New to Bank NR customer acquisition leads through various campaigns

- Analyse the portfolio, design and implement strategies to meet the defined objectives.

- Drive campaigns both internally and D2C to meet the defined objectives.

- Liaising with marketing team to develop effective communication and collaterals for Portfolio Management initiatives and ensure that deadlines are adhered to, and interacting with the campaign management teams to deliver the campaigns and internal communications for front end.

- Ensuring the legal, compliance and risk guidelines are adhered to, and obtaining sign offs from these departments for the above initiatives.

- Deliver on Management Information and Analysis requirement covering monthly reporting, internal management dashboards & reporting and data analysis.

- Define positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and campaigns with specific objectives across different channels

- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business
