Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Account Management and Business Development for Merchant Lending - Portfolio Handling Role
2. Experience of handling Small, Med-Size Accounts
3. Meet Revenue objectives/targets through existing and new onboarded loan merchants by increasing transaction Share with Merchant, finding out Addn. Revenue Streams. To ensure that the no of repeat merchants with offers increases in line with targets.
4. Proactively able to reach out to loan merchants and support merchants in their Day to day Business queries, issues, escalation handling and ensure merchant stickiness at all times.
5. Merchant Query Handling, Closure and Internal and external stakeholder Coordination will be required on a day to day basis.
6. Must be a go getter and individual contributor.
7. Identify and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.
8. Should possess good communication and negotiation skills to handle the key accounts.
9. Proactively able to reaching out to merchants over calls to be required (B2B Merchants)
10. Should have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
