Portfolio Manager - Impact incubation - BFSI/KPO/Healthcare/Pharma

The following are the major responsibilities for this position :

- Provide advisory and support services to CIIE's Agri, Health and Impact portfolio

- Provide ongoing monitoring of portfolio companies, including a review of monthly financial results and other key performance indicators

- Facilitate CIIE's investments and support start-ups in subsequent invest rounds

- Monitor business performance of portfolio start-ups, liaison with other stakeholders and provide industry connects

- Interact and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, mentors and investors

- Create 6-monthly portfolio update reports

Qualification & Skills :

- Post graduate in management / commerce

- Proficiency in MS Excel / MS PowerPoint

- Flair for communication

- Basic understanding of business planning and financial modelling

- Experience in early stage investments / start-up fund-raise preferred

- Sectoral expertise in Agri / Healthcare preferred

- Ability to work in uncertain environment
