Key Responsibilities :-

Core Responsibilities

- Engages effectively with regional and national OEMs, Large format retail and Multi Brand retail stores

- Implements and executes organizational objectives for Instant EMI by periodically visiting the partners and exploring opportunities to grow market share and increase visibility.

- Ensures regular benchmarking of the product against competition to ensure

- Responsible to build high levels of engagement with aggregator partners to explore opportunities to continuously upgrade the product by adding new merchants & simplifying processes.

- Drives Onboarding of new aggregators and to maintain regular aggregator interaction for driving Instant EMI business

- Conceptualizes and executes awareness based marketing campaigns for Instant EMI in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team

- Ensures all customer issue resolution is within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction

- Ensures timely processing of aggregator invoices for Instant EMI business

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities

- Takes ownership of his/her own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training.

- Understands the competencies relevant to his/her role, and works towards displaying as well as developing these effectively.

- Keeps abreast of relevant professional/industry developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional networks.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities

- Follows risk policy and processes to mitigate the operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational and audit risks as instructed by the departmental manager.

- Executes the established internal control systems and compiles relevant information for departmental audits, as necessary.
