Portfolio Manager - Credit Card - Bank

- Manages all Term Products end-to-end and ensure all customer promises are fulfilled resulting into overall higher level of customer service delivery.

- Ensures regular bench marking of the product against competition to ensure that our bank offering is competitive in the market.

- Responsible to build high levels of engagement with aggregator partners to explore opportunities to continuously upgrade the product by adding new merchants & simplifying processes

- Reviews and ensures portfolio credit policies are aligned with business objectives in coordination with Policy team.

- Conceptualizes and executes awareness and conversion based marketing campaigns for different term products in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team

- Ensures end-to-end process compliance by engaging with various stakeholders like Operations, Customer Service, CVM, Sales etc.

- Regularly tracks and publishes product performance updates

- Ensures all customer issue resolution is within TAT resulting in higher customer satisfaction

- Manages product-related website pages for customer awareness and information and also help in driving additional leads

- Ensures timely processing of aggregator invoices for Instant EMI business

- Drives EMI & loan products such as Instant EMI, EMI-on-Call & Quick Loan for the portfolio to ensure book build.
