Portfolio Manager

Skills:

- Experience IT manager with experience in portfolio management.

- Must have experience in managing project/ portfolio revenue, cost and Margin.

- Experience in building pricing models

- Good communication experience with communication to senior management a plus.

- Good working Knowledge of Microsoft tools like XL, PPT

Job responsibilities :

Delivery Operations :

- Capture revenue information and have it Upto date.

- Capture variations with revenue target for the account.

- Identify and provide levers to improve revenue

- Keep GM target monitor periodically raising red flags.

- Identify and provide levers to improve GM

- Capture and maintain data as required.

RFP Contributions :

- Participate from Delivery on RFP.

- Take ownership and drive the RFP process

- Drive RFP process till it reaches a shape where a program manager takes over the programs Contractual obligations

- Identify contractual obligations

- Identify the gaps in current status and expectations.

- Create process and to capture & meet contractual obligations.

- Follow up with the teams to ensure the required process is met
