Experience : Minimum 1 to 3 years. Relevant experience in Finance and NBFC in handling the data analysis of loan portfolio from risk point of view, Report for management decision making, Help product team in designing product from Risk & Return point of view.

Qualification : MBA / CA Enter or Final / CFA

Job Description :

- Analyze the bounce % & DPD of different products in order to identify risk-bearing segments and suggest policy tightening.

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual MIS for management decision making.

- Prepare P&L of Strategic Partners and business segments.

- Co-ordination with the Product Manager for system development as per the structured guidelines in the reports generation.

- Help product team in designing the new product wrt risk, cost, IRR and profitability.

- Help Finance and Accounts team with various loan data points for finalization of the Balance Sheet.

- Collaborate with the finance and accounts, data reconciliations on periodic basis

- Maintain and compile loan portfolios and performance tracking for all loan products as well as overall company level.

- Collate the data and prepare details for internal and external stakeholders and regulators.

- Develop and update financials models that help with decision-making and tracking the performance.

Skill Sets Required :

- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling

- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills

- Attention to accuracy and detail required.

- Knowledge of basic financial concepts related to loans
