Portfolio Lead - Retail Asset Products

Job Purpose

Functional Role: Portfolio Lead

Qualification: CA/MBA from tier 2 or from any other better institution

Vertical : Wheels

Location : Corporate Office

Department : Retail Assets

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 10-12 years of experience

Functional Competencies:

- Knowledge of the Product as well as the Market

- Analytical skills

- Comfortable in working with excel spreadsheets and python

- Ability to handle the team and be able to keep the team motivated

- Ability to take quick decisions and be mindful that decision delayed is decision denied

- Flair for numbers and ability to track movement of numbers

- Keen knowledge about products of different manufacturers and their variants. Be able to understand technical differences and decide on offering based on the same.

- Understanding of CIBIL and other checks performed to check customer's credibility

Job Responsibilities:

Financial

- Handling the gamut of Retail Asset products i.e. Wheels, CV, Two Wheeler, Home Loans, Personal Loans etc.

- Deep dive to identify the risk angle of the products in respect to programs, profiles, demographics etc.

- Manage the monthly Portfolio & review it for data crunching.

- Work on automation of key portfolio MIS

- Work on data quality and data collation

- Team Management

- Presentation skills

Compliance & Risk Responsibilities

- Resolve audit queries and train the team to minimize the repetitive errors.

- Have understanding and knowledge of company's policy and suggest for suitable changes required.

- Recommend changes in existing policies and suggest new requirements as per market requirements and opportunities.

- Ensure that there is no compromise on the Quality of Credit & maintain a heathy portfolio.
