Portfolio Head - Lending

- Head Portfolio Lending is responsible for the efficient and effective functioning of the Commercial Banking Team which is 180+ member team responsible for processing CAM and submitting them to the sanctioning authority for taking credit decision.

- Head-Portfolio lending is also responsible for bringing about operational efficiencies to reduce submission to sanction TAT as well as Sanction to disbursement TAT. The role is also responsible for providing Business Analytics to Segments Heads, Business Heads and other coverage members to get a sharper view of the portfolio on various products and parameters. Business Analytics teams also provides inputs for data requirements from various regulatory authorities / Auditors/ Investor relations.

- Head Portfolio Lending also has an overview on schematic lending products and is responsible for formulating and disseminating coverage policies and product policies from time to time. Further other special projects which are important for CBG business group are also headed/supported by the role.
