Position : Portfolio & Campaign Manager - Current Accounts
Qualification : MBA,CA.
Location : Mumbai
Job Responsibility :
- Portfolio Analytics of CA book, understanding trends of value build up, attrition, channel usage, profitability, transaction preference etc.
- Assessing base value movement at product / Channel / Portfolio level
- Defining & Monitoring initiatives to maximize Value build up in Portfolio accounts
- Drive high customer engagement with the bank & buildup of values in accounts through customer life cycle campaigns
- Execution of campaigns through branch RMs, call center, direct channels
- Establishing & driving execution framework to increase transaction/wallet share of the customer in identified target base (Focus Branches / Focus Customer group)
- Monitoring initiatives on Value build up in Portfolio accounts in BrB
- Creating framework for Trigger Management / Event Based Triggers / Warning System and drive trigger based engagement through CRM, tele callers.
- Provide inputs from portfolio analysis for improving quality of sourcing, segmentation, higher engagement, channel migtration, attrition management, complaint handling quality etc.
- Central Campaigns through the Life Cycle of the Customer using customer intelligence - Definition / Execution Template / Outcome Monitoring
- Identifying & executing system developments/enhancements opportunities to streamline/improve efficiency of product delivery & processes
Skills Required :
Age : 32-35 years
- 8-12 years of experience in banking, service industry
- Post graduate
- Minimum 3 years of experience of handling portfolio analytics, customer engagement strategies, campaign management
- Should have preferably handled customer relationship / sales / service role for 2-3 years
