Roles and Responsibilities:

Drive Referrals Program:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase employee referrals.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote the referral program.

- Analyze referral program effectiveness and continuously optimize to maximize results.

Campus Hiring for Internships and Lifecycle Management:

- Lead campus recruitment efforts to attract top talent for internships.

- Develop relationships with universities and colleges for ongoing talent pipelines.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of internship programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and evaluation.

- Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a positive internship experience and potential conversion to full-time roles.

Contractual and Full-time hiring in Tech:

- Lead technical recruitment efforts to attract and hire top talent in alignment with organizational needs..

- Partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand staffing needs and requirements.

- Source, screen, and assess candidates for contract roles, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and diverse talent pools.

- Conduct technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate proficiency and potential.

Diversity and Inclusion Hiring:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent and promote inclusion in the hiring process.

- Partner with internal D&I initiatives to ensure alignment with recruitment efforts.

- Track and analyze diversity metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

- Provide training and support to hiring teams to mitigate bias and foster inclusivity.

Build TA Dashboard and Reports:

- Design and maintain talent acquisition dashboards to track key recruitment metrics and KPIs.

- Generate regular reports and analytics to provide insights into recruitment performance.

- Identify trends and patterns in data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic workforce planning.
