Roles & Responsibilities :
- Take ownership of the marketing strategy for a specific thread.
- Lead new user acquisition, early engagement, and cross-selling efforts.
- Identify new growth opportunities and explore innovative avenues for expansion.
- Develop creative and unconventional solutions to break through market saturation and drive rapid growth.
- Establish and manage strategic marketing partnerships to reach new customer segments on a large scale.
- Generate innovative marketing ideas to capture customer attention and drive conversions.
- Build a strong case for proposed ideas, conduct efficient testing, eliminate ineffective approaches, and scale up successful strategies.
- Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to develop and promptly launch innovative marketing initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging marketing technologies, providing thought leadership and guidance on their adoption.
- Strategize with the sales team to maximize revenue generation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, User Experience, Design, Analytics, Creative, and Leadership, to drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution.
- Assume responsibility for the communication strategy, defining its parameters, channels, and content.
Qualifications :
- Possess strong judgment, intuition, and customer empathy to identify winning marketing ideas.
- Demonstrate structured thinking and analytical capabilities to build compelling cases and evaluate ideas using data.
- Display highly innovative and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Exhibit a curious mindset, continuously seeking to learn more about user behavior and market trends.
Requirements :
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and growth.
- Prior experience in a high-growth startup, contributing to user acquisition, engagement, and scale, is a plus.
- Experience working with blue-collar target audiences is preferred.
- Employ a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with tools like WebEngage, CleverTap, etc., is advantageous.
