Senior Manager - Learning & Development
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive capability building and talent development aligned with Porter strategies
- Develop and implement learning strategies and initiatives that facilitate a learning culture at Porter
- Define capabilities, assess gaps , conceptualize the learning experience to address the developmental needs identified
- Provide leadership around program design and delivery, develop learning journeys, developmental initiatives, and identify learning methods
- Draw up a L&D plan & calendar based on the learning needs and methods identified
- Drive, facilitate the implementation of the plan to ensure smooth execution with effective outcomes
- Create effective communications that engage the learners on the initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the initiatives; make continuous improvements in the approach, process and methods as appropriate
- Set up processes, maintain & track data as required
Skills Required :
- Ability to drive programs as per plan, prioritize and execute
- Ability to research, analyze org metrics, define learning metrics, create reports
