Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for P&L of all the cities in the region
- Plan for growth and market penetration in the region - pricing and promotion etc
- Responsible for Customer and Driver Acquisition
- Responsible for Strategizing and handling day to day operations in the region
- Implement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fits within the organizational goals
- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, central lifecycle and core operations
- Gather product and market intelligence for improvement of the product
- Devise Implementation strategy for new products/process launched
- Planning, hiring, training and effective utilization of resources in different functions
- To ensure long term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention
- Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning & retention
Skills Required:
- Ability to manage a team spanning across cities
- Proven track record of employee performance management and development
- Strong attention to detail and user-centric approach
- Prior experience working in strategy/business excellence/program management roles preferably in consumer/partner - facing industry will be an advantage
- Ability to influence and drive results in a cross-functional team
- Strong comfort with data and ability to stitch stories and recommendations through data insights.
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work, handle changing priorities, and use of good judgment.
- Ability to develop, test, and execute marketing campaigns
