Marketing Director

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven person to lead our SME portfolio. As the Head of SME biz, you will be responsible for growing the SME base and capturing more of their wallet share. You will work closely with category leads from 2W, trucks and New Initiatives to drive growth. Your user obsession, proficiency with data analysis and ability to craft and lead multi-channel marketing initiatives will be crucial for achieving our growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

Customer Lifecycle Management:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey across all touchpoints, from acquisition to retention and advocacy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create personalized and engaging customer experiences at each stage of the lifecycle.

- Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value.

Team Leadership and Motivation:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that inspires creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Set clear goals and objectives for team members, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to drive results.

KPI Achievement:

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.

- Develop and implement strategies to consistently meet or exceed KPI targets, such as customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts and improve ROI.

User Obsession:

- Cultivate a deep understanding of our target audience and their needs, preferences, and behaviors.

- Work with the category teams to continue improve customer experience

- Champion a user-centric approach throughout the marketing team, ensuring that all marketing activities are driven by a relentless focus on the customer.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

Multi-Channel Marketing:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing assets and content that resonate with the target audience.

- Continuously optimize marketing channels and tactics based on performance data and market insights to drive down CAC and user subsidies

Skills:

- Stakeholder Communication: Drive stakeholder alignment, efficient cross-functional collaboration, handling negotiation and conflicts, proactive and transparent communication

- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for differentiation.

- User Obsession: Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviours across various business verticals. Translate customer insights into actionable strategies.

- Roadmap Planning : Shape and manage the marketing roadmap, considering the requirements and priorities of each business vertical. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to prioritise key objectives and projects.

- Product Thinking: Should have product thinking, structured approach to problem identification and validating them, a good prioritisation process and ability to leverage product or marketing toolkits or both depending on need

- Data/Metrics Driven: Proficient in defining KPI performance indicators (KPIs) across customer lifecycle, and regularly assess performance. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on roadmap & strategies.

- Multi Channel proficiency: Proficient with DM, offline, Social and other channels. Optimize between them as the basis stage of evolution and ROI. Have a knack for right creative.
