- Set up calling process for Inside Sales team (lending and insurance)
- Conducts training sessions for team members
- Monitor achievement against a target on a daily basis
- Helps team in navigating through difficult scenarios in the customer journey
- Work towards continuous improvement of existing processes
- Responsible for PnL of the team
- End to end understanding of insurance and lending process
- Experience in managing a team size of 50 people
- Good communication skills
