Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting

Key Responsibilities:

- Monthly preparation of MIS and Segment wise P&L account. Preparing, weekly, and monthly performance reports of various business verticals. Work closely with the finance and accounts team to question and clarify trends.

- Allocate cost to various segments and identifying cost optimization opportunities across verticals.

- Analysis and tracking of all competitors and circulating competitor's financial statement to central and leadership team.

- Tracking all listed Companies on the technology space and creating Financial forecasting, Reporting, and tracking of operational metrics.

- Gathering business updates on a regular basis and publishing results on a monthly/quarterly basis.

- Preparing EBITDA level statements for separate business streams.

- Ensure maintenance of Data archives for easy consumption whenever required.

- Comparison of actuals with AOP on a monthly/ quarterly and circulate the reports to the relevant stakeholders.

- Should be on top of numbers and have ability to read the trends

- Ad-hoc reports as and when required by segments/ BU

Required Skills:

- Educational Qualification: MBA Finance with minimum 4 years of experience in Business Finance/ FP&A

- Technical skills: Advanced MS Excel, MS word and ERPs
