Rloes and Responsibilities:
- Analyzing trends and target audiences
- Develop content strategy / editorial calendar aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
- Create campaigns for customer acquisition
- Proactively curate, write and manage content within the content management system (CMS) and take ownership of quality and accuracy
- Work collaboratively with customer success, customer journey, product, marketing, and other teams to produce and publish compelling content
- Ensure digital success content supports searchability, brand standards, web style guidelines and legal and compliance requirements.
- Incorporate findings from analytics data into the development of content
- Support localization of digital customer success content and quality of translations
- Participate in the full web production lifecycle, including scoping out content requirements, writing, building, testing and ongoing management/refinement
- Driving penetration and brand awareness by finding innovative & cost-effective ways.
Must Have:
- 2-3 years of experience working in related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, English, Communications, or similar fields
- Experience using analytics tools, such as Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
- Experience in managing social media campaigns
- Experience using tools like webengage, clevertap etc.
