Porter, started by three IIT graduates in 2014, is an online marketplace for logistics in India. We have a fleet of Mini Trucks or LCV's under our platform and operational in all major metros. We are trying to address market inefficiencies and low capacity utilisation in the logistics sector using mobile technology. We have shown steep growth in past few months. To keep up with our growth and bring new innovation, we are looking for New initiative manager who can independently research, plan and execute the pilot projects successfully.

Roles & Responsibility :

- Research, analyse, identify and execute new strategic initiative projects in line with company goal

- Explore new opportunities to accelerate growth and co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the target is achieved

- Ability to handle of all new initiatives activities independently

- Ability to hire, train and manage team members as per the requirement

Skills Required :

- The candidates with experience in top FMCG (operations) company is preferred.

- Ability to manage team size of 5-10 members and keep them motivated

- Analytical approach in solving problems & result-oriented

- Ready to travel and explore new cities

Salary and Experience :

- BE/MBA from Top Tier institutes with 0-3 years of experience
