Primary Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
2. Cultivate and sustain client relationships with new and existing clients.
3. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients- objectives
4. Design and create sales proposals ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
5. Perform detailed market research and analyze new business growth.
6. Generate reports and statistical analysis for the potential business.
7. Maintain the data of sales and revenue.

Required Skills:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge ( FMCG, Logistics )
- Good Analytical and problem solving skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
