Profile Summary:
We are looking for young folks to join our team and help us re-imagine logistics. This is a Senior leadership role in the company in operations and would involve managing team (18-20 members) with P&L responsibility.
If you are looking for a profile which gives you a great exposure for all the aspects of running a business - from team management, to driving growth and scaling up, interacting with all relevant internal stakeholders - tech, analytics and core operations centrally, Driving P&L sustainability, etc we would like to explore this in person.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for Strategizing and handling day to day operations in the respective city.
- Responsible for integration of ground operations with technology, core operations.
- To ensure long term and profitable relationships with business partners and supply retention
- Competitive Understanding - Keep a close watch on the competitive landscape of the city.
- Performance monitoring, cost and process optimization of last mile delivery
- Devise Implementation strategy for new products/process launched.
- Required to set targets, implement guidelines, and assist with any issues the employees may have at the city level.
- To acquire customers (demand) and driver partner (supply side) and improve the retention among the existing users of the platform
Skills Required:
- BE/B Tech from Tier 1 engineering college.
- Enjoy ambiguity and uncertainty
- A core multi-tasker at heart
- Should have 3-5 years of experience in Operations and Strategy.
- Prefer candidates worked in Similar startup companies or Top FMCG's
- Co-founded a startup (Or senior roles with team management role) is preferred.
