Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive performance management within teams using the internal performance management system
- Create, monitor and deploy the engagement calendar for teams across the country
- Devise a strategy for feedback and handling grievances across teams
- Visit the city teams for collating feedback and creating the action plan based on feedback
- Create and execute performance development programs across all levels to facilitate internal sourcing
- Devise an employer branding strategy to create awareness for facilitating smooth talent acquisition
- Drive all the communication through social media channels
- Define and execute the R&R program
- Create and execute the employee communication plan
