Job Summary:
The Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote PIPL's services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition and retention. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistency in messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats within the software industry in domain of logistics.
3. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and events.
4. Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
5. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop sales enablement materials and support lead generation efforts.
6. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
7. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing role
- Prior experience / interactions with govt projects / agencies will be an added advantage.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools.
