Accounting:  - Accurate and complete accounting in line with India GAAP/ Indian Accounting standards including but not limited to AP/AR/Incomes/Expenses, etc.  - Maintain accuracy of general, revenue, and expenditure ledgers.  - Preparation of Balance sheet reconciliation schedules with respect to different systems and ensuring appropriate communication to the relevant stakeholders  - Manage various internal and external financial audits.  - Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly closure of books  - Ownership of Finance policies and procedures and ensuring the same are aligned to business needs and industry practices  - Ensuring spends are in adherence to finance policies and procedures  - Revenue and intercompany accounting  - Perform various internal and external financial MIS and reporting  Taxation:  - Well versed with statutory filings including TDS, Service Tax, (GST Knowledge is added advantage), PF, ESI, LWF, etc.  - Well versed with payroll calculation and employee taxation.  Treasury  - Daily coordination with banking channels and getting the remittances done.  External Parties  - Coordination with external consultants related to GST, TDS and PF matters.  Qualification  - Overall good academic credentials throughout including Graduation/Bachelors from a good college  - Qualified Chartered Accountant is recommended but not a compulsion.  - Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)  - Good knowledge of TDS returns, Service Tax returns, PF and ESI returns.  - Well versed with Accounting based package like Tally ERP 9, SAP etc.  - 3-6 years of experience (preferably a combination of a Big 4 and thereafter Industry- MNC)  - Good inter personal and communication skills  - Works in a structured and methodical manner with a focus on timely delivery and ownership of responsibilities
