Poonawalla Fincorp - Zonal Operation Manager

1) Zonal Head will be responsible for overseeing Zone operations & record management.

2) Deliver results against a defined scope of work that includes measurable ROI, strategic innovation, performance reporting, and human capital development

3) Maintain high level FTR & reduce processing TAT's

4) Build strong relationships with the Internal +External Stake Holders. Work closely with them to meet expectations and ensure satisfaction

5) Responsible for monthly compliance self evaluation across branches for Operations parameters

6) Should be a change agent & drive kep process improvement projects.

7) Should have a minimum experience of 10-15 years in Operations.
