Product Manager (VP)

We are looking for a Product (VP) who will be the leader and evangelist in crafting exceptional customer experience and able to build outstand products in line with business requirements and market dynamics.

The Product (VP) is responsible to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. This includes managing the product throughout the Product Lifecycle, prioritizing product, and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, to deliver world in class products. It also includes working with all the business verticals sales, collection, risk, operation etc to understand their need and delivery accordingly. The Product (VP)'s job should ensure that product must be in line with the company's overall strategy and goals also ensure that entire product lifecycle journey must follow company governance model

Responsibilities:

- Translate business strategy into product strategy.

- Own the product roadmap and drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including understanding the business needs, conceptualize, planning, positioning, roadmap development, and product launch.

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, product launch.

- Analyze market data to develop and define product objectives and arrange to delivery it in line with that

- Collaborate closely with all stakeholders Business, compliance, Risk, engineering etc in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization

- Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market.

- Delivery the projects in line with the company overall strategy and goals.

- Should follow company governance model during product lifecycle

Requirements:

- Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a Product Manager

- Technical background, with minimum 15+ years of experience.

- Has a strong understanding of secured(LAP, POC etc) and unsecured Loan products (PL, BL, LTP,BNPL etc)

- Should be familiar with the characteristics and properties of the loan products.

- Should have minimum 10+years of experience in defining flow, configuration in LOS and LMS

- Excellent teamwork skills

- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
