Desired Profile:
1. Full time MBA in HR with minimum 12-15 yrs of experience in talent acquisition of which at least 3-4 yrs should have been at the leadership level
2. Ability to manage influence stakeholders at the leadership level
3. Preferred Industry : Banks / NBFCs / Fintech
4. Demonstrated experience of building a team, deploying various recruitment models, handled changing & evolving environment
