Poonawalla Fincorp - Senior Manager - Treasury

- Fund raising from the banks through term loans, working capital.

- Liasioning with banks with respect to the sanction of the credit facility which includes addressing all the queries raised by the bank.

- Preparation of CMA and Loan Proposal.

- Maintaining relationship with the bank.

- Handling Loan documentation and ROC charge.

- Handling all the covenants and compliance of terms and conditions of the banks.

- Handling Bank stock audit and providing all the details to the bank.

- Handling the due diligence conducted by CA appointed by bank.

- Providing details to the rating agencies.

- CA or MBA with working experience of 8 years.

- Worked in a NBFC industry for at least 5 years and handled banking relationship.

- Should have full hands-on Excel and PPT.

- Should have full hands on the data of financial accounts.
