Operations Lead - RCU

Experience Range : 10-18 Years

Location Pune (Relocation can be considered)

Department : Operations

Exp - 8 to 12 years experience in BFSI domain

Areas of exp:

- Front end & back-end operations including disbursals, branch and central disbursal processes.

- Experience in managing partners/vendors. Mortgage experience in these areas will be an added advantage.

- Handling & reconciling physical inventories with record management partners.

- Should have seen product journeys from disbursal to warehousing in both physical & digital manner (e-agreement, e-stamp)

- Handling ops front end servicing through counters like issuing List of documents, agreement copies, NO dues letter etc.
